A Polite way to describe someone who is either a 'Overtly Flaming Camp Homosexual Male'. Example - a male who may be wearing 6 inch platform boots, some sort of latex, rubber arrangement. Make up that would make a cross dresser cringe and hair that looks like a Rosella was raped by a peacock.

OR - Female of the Premiscuous Variety. A bit of a Slapper or Party Onion who doesn't mind throwing themselves at the male species. Both have a penchant for a serving of 'Penis Action'.
