Florida Speed Bump

An alligator. They're called Florida speed bumps by locals in non-metro areas of Florida because alligators tend to use the sunlight heated roads as heat rocks. They sprawl out across the middle of the road, and serve as a huge, scaly, armor plated speed bump. The bigger ones will not flatten if you hit them, it will just tear up your car real good.
Dale - "Hey Jamie, what the hell did we just hit?"

Jamie - "I reckon we just hit one hell of a Florida speed bump!"

Florida Speed Bump

A manatee. They are hard to spot in the water, and a motorboat driving over it can injure or kill the manatee if the blades are moving fast enough. Because manatees are threatened, Florida laws typically require boats to drive slower in rivers and coastal areas to protect the manatees, should you drive over one with a motorboat.
“And if you look to your left, you can see a manatee grazing near the shore, or as we like to call them, Florida speed bumps… Yeah, I know it’s a dark joke”

An armpit enthusiast — typically of the scent, appearance, and touch of hairy underarms.
That dude’s such a pitpig, I have to wear deodorant to keep him at bay.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.
