Fake nipples. A term used by breast cancer survivors to describe the fake nipples created during breast reconstruction following mastectomy. Fipples can be constructed by cutting and stitching the skin in place, taking a skin graft from another part of the body, medical tattooing, or any combination of the above. (See also: foobs.)
Soggy Fripples
When smoking a really fat blunt, usually rolled with a vanilla dutch master, and only the finest of the cannabis plant, one lights the blunt and passes it around to be smoked. As the blunt is being passed around, and every gets "silly", the blunt eventually goes out and that hit taken, while its out is, well soggy fripples.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
