Fish on Cotton

The action of vaginal discharge seeping onto cotton (or any other type of) knickers. Can also be used to describe the smell of an unclean lady garden.

Andie: "Darling, I think I might have an infection... Look..."

Sue: "Errrr fish on cotton!"
