Filthy Casual 

A person or gamer who is identified as a noob in either pc or console video games. It is most commonly used as a term of frustration towards a fellow gamer in a battle or game/party chat. Term originated with the WOOD clan of the Southern Appalachia Mountains in 2014.

Parry is a mechanic in games which is usually blocking an attack right before hitting you, the phrase "parry this you filthy casual" is commonly used in memes to refer to attacks and enemies known to be hard to parry and defend.

Can be used in real life when attacking someone out of nowhere
