A person who takes a long time to do things, puts things of and generally procrastinates.
Do you ever have a friend who takes AGES to get ready and is constantly finding excuses to hold you up?

Amy:Nearly, I need to go to the toilet and then find that scarf.
Sandra:Well hurry up we have to go.
Amy:I need to change this jacket, it dosen't go.
