Fuck they talkin about or as they say it in the south “fuck they talm bout” . Essentially meaning in other words “what are they talking about?” . Assuming that whoever they are questioning is going against whatever they believe or feel. Commonly used in the African American community and is a popular term in the south.

Person 1: The promoter said we can only wear red to the club tonight .
Person 2: we run the city, he in our city and them colors go against the gang , we wearing our colors FTTB.
