Ftm, or "Female to Male," refers to transgender men who are ascribed the gender of a woman at birth.

A femboy is a feminine boy; the majority of them are cisgender; afabs are extremely rare.

A "ftm femboy," or "transgender femboy," is a transgender male who acts, dresses, and otherwise mimics a girl, and they are valid!
