When you incarnate to Earth in the late 80's in a 3rd Dimensional Human vessel (Philip Piquet Vargas) with no powers or abilities, but in your previous life you were all powerful with abilities and powers, very powerful with a huge army and well respected and honored by many as being named Ashtar Sheran. But as Philip the Satanists, Illuminati, Shadow Governments of Earth have been responsible for so much negative black energy coming out of you to feed evil astral Dimension type beings and you get Satanist ritualed by them all the time and just plain taken advantage of by people that are not mature God or Goddess like types who want to neuralize you so you don't have a well deserved decent after life and are excessive disrespect children
