A state of being affected by smoking a marijuana cigarette. (also: Enjointed, Enjointing)

enjoinment ; is putting words together which gives new meaning or a flow on affect.

Two examples, one of each an enjoinment. 1, paradoxology (paradox+doxology), & 2, weedeclare victory (weed+declared) VICTORY !! AHAHA (that's three)
