Someone who makes a claim and encourages others to also do so against land or property which doesn’t belong to them with an annoying sense of entitlement and a complete disregard for the actual owners.
That person is such an annoying encumbranuisance! How would they like it if I discussed their private property as if it were my own all over social media!!’
