The character of EDP has been used by the YouTube channel "Meme Zee" in some of its videos, the person being a black and obese adult, with a typically uncomfortable and even frightening stare, always in search of "cupkake". It turned out that this character is used metaphorically to designate a pedophile, or a child molester (or not) in general.
