Eagle Tweak

As with the Scouts an Eagle Scout is the pinnacle of achievement through the ranks.
As with Meth users this word describes those who have finally made the grade. They graduated to the level of " Eagle Tweak"

A bunch of Eagle Tweaks were overhauling the engine on their beat up truck last night at 2 a.m.
