Dzhendar (джендър), pronounced as GEN-durr, is a Bulgarian transphobic slur. Derived from the English word 'gender' (in reference to the non-binary movement), it has become widespread among the more conservative citizens of the Eastern European country.
It's also indiscriminately used against all members of the LGBT community, as well as occasionally against liberals.
