Is when someone is always reminiscing over either past experiences with a girl or thinking/ talking about girls he just was with or wants to date he's usually stuck in la la land anis always getting the shitty side of the bargain when it comes to Incounters with women he's always starting his conversations with " I wish that she would have....or I want to....or i should have..... or I miss.....or I wish I did.. or if only.... he has sex with a girl once and instantly getts emotionaly attached and has a hard time "letting go," and if he's not attached to some girl named Becky then he's talking about how he wishes he could see or be with or wishing things would have gone differently with tiffany Tammy or taylor and if not that then he's for sure fucking starstruck about some other girl he 2 pumped chumped in the bedroom with last night and now hes allegedly in love

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
