Divine Plurality
Divine Plurality is the Abzuverse principle that many divine civilizations can exist in the same cosmos without one pantheon being declared the only real one or all the others being flattened into copies. The Anunnaki, Netjeru, Theoi, Norse gods, and other traditions can each possess their own histories, identities, institutions, and cosmic responsibilities. They may overlap, interact, disagree, or share certain underlying patterns without losing what makes each tradition distinct.
It is the opposite of “my pantheon solos your pantheon” worldbuilding. Divine Plurality rejects a universal leaderboard where every deity must be ranked under one culture’s theology. A shared universe does not require a single cultural center, and a point of resemblance does not automatically mean two gods are literally the same person. Where connections exist, they can be explored through resonance, syncretism, translation, or genuine historical contact—without erasing the differences. Alliances or shared origins are possible, but connections must be established rather than assumed.
In short: more than one sacred worldview can have a place in reality. Nobody needs to be nerfed, deleted, or turned into a costume change so another pantheon can look important. Its rule is coexistence, not forced agreement.

Person A: “So the Egyptian gods aren’t just reskinned Anunnaki?”
Person B: “Exactly. Divine Plurality means they’re distinct civilizations sharing a much bigger cosmos.”
