Dirty Melendez
1: Sexual act. A Dirty Melendez is performed while anal pounding a fat, drunk, pathetic loser. The top fingers the loser's ass and wipes the remnants on the loser's upper lip. 2: An alcoholic, foul smelling, has-been never-was, loser, needle dick, closeted homosexual, deadbeat dad, narcissist with delusions of grandeur, who has a joke of what he calls a podcast.
