The dirty gurdy

When you run out of dope and you put water through the stem. So your smoking the stem dope with water.

Person 1: "Damn man!! I'm out of dope.."
Person 2: " that's ok, just ru. Some water through the stem and we can smoke the dirty gurdy!"
