In this episode the main characters encounter a monster from outer space called Deoxys. Deoxys has two large unrealisticly circular white eyes with an un-proportionately small black dot in the center.
Other notible examples are Pewee Hermans trucker scene, the Vacum from Teletubbies and can occur even when a charecter isnt supposed to be scary.
