DAU

Acronym for Dumb Ass User, commonly used to describe computer illiterate users of large enterprise business systems such as Oracle Applications and SAP. Often used in conjuction with syndrome, to imply they ain't gonna change. Occasionally used with experienced practitioners when they have a brain freeze.

Computer related, more widely known as an initialism meaning "Dumb-Ass User", but also less commonly known as the Hacker slang (correct sense of the word, meaning a geek-like person, not a cyber criminal) term DAU stemming from the German "Dümmster Anzunehmender User ", meaning stupidest imaginable user.
