Drink it means anything in the world. It is usually said when you know you are write and the other person is wrong and you want to confirm this with them. You tell them to "Drink It" because they are a disgrace for being wrong.
Tom: Steve whats 2+2?
Steve: 2+2 is 5
Tom: your so stupid, its 4 Steve... DRINK IT

Drink It In 

Phrase suggesting that the listener appreciate, celebrate, and recognize and ultimately behold what it is that the speaker is referring.
Nikki stared in wonder at what he saw before him. There was Shannon sitting statuesque on the bar with her ankles in her hands, her smooth tan legs held in a perfect V-formation, her welcoming puss glistening with delight. "Come on, lover.... Drink it in. It's what you want, yes? Figuratively for now.....on a little bit you can get more literal".

Drink It or Wear It

A phrase used by Dimebag Darrell about alcohol. You either drink it, or you get soaked with it (wearing it).
From LA Ink:

Kat: "Oh, you wanna put that lettering in, right?"

Rita: "Drink it or wear it. And he meant it; if you didn't drink it, he threw it on you."

Kat: *laughs*

Drink it over 

When a situation comes along that really requires you to plan and figure out what you should do, instead you decide to get very intoxicated and make a decision in a drunken haze

Drink it Down 

When finding oneself in an embarrasing situation one then grabs their drink (preferably alcoholic) and exclaims "Drink it Down Drink it Down" and then procedes to down their drink. By the time the drink is finished the embarrassing situation has passed and everyone is happy.
El(saying really loudly):"Hey Aoife isn't that that Bill lad that you said was crap in bed?!"

Aoife:"I can't believe you just said that"

El:"Drink it Down Drink it Down" and drinks her drink.

Aoife:"So anyway I says to Mavis I says..." and changes the conversation.

drink it bottom up 

It means to chug a drink (most likely alcoholic) until the glass's bottom is facing skyward
Drink it bottom up to tell how strong you really are!
