Dry Heat Tho, refers to when people say it's not too hot because its dry heat. Most frequently used in South Western United States when the temperature is 100+

"you'll never guess how hot it is in Las Vegas" dude from pawn stars
"how hot?" asks the tourist
"its 117 degrees, so fricken hot" grumbles the old bald guy from pawn stars
"yeah... but what scale are you using? DHT?" asks the fresh east coast college grad
"wtf is that?" yells the old grumpy pawn stars guy.
"117 is pretty hot... dry heat tho" bitch
