abbreviated way of saying you wanna go pack a lip later on, used when whoever is around doesnt approve of you awesome dipping habit (usually some ho) or you just wanna sound cool.

originated from Dip, Dip, Pack-A-Lip, a little pre-dip ritual i sing while packing a tin (five hits is the perfect number)
