The cuop (c-ew-p) system is another form of time kind of like the bean system. In minutes 1 cuop is 5 mins and 9 micro seconds long. Some clock have the system unknowingly there is a line next to each major number. To put is easily 1 cuop is 5 minutes long and it is used to make time go faster.
