Crumbogamous

A person (usually a man) who gives you just enough emotional attention to keep you hoping—while simultaneously dragging you down with their unprocessed trauma, mood swings, and chronic under-functioning.
They breadcrumb you with affection, texts, and vague promises,
then bog you down with emotional weight, guilt, and confusion.
