A medical condition in which the vaginal canal and labia become covered in a hard, sebaceous cheese substance. This "Smegma" ultimately crystallizes, and causes immediate death. Caused by a hybrid of a virus, bacteria, fungis, and Transmissible spongiform encephalopathy. Status: Incurable.
