When you're at a party and you feel really energetic when you have only had a few drinks, you're a bit tipsy and light headed but completely wasted.

In that confident and happy state.

Not to be confused with wankered which is when you are completely shit faced.

Another word for tipsy.

"I'm completely conkered!"
"But mate, you've only had two drinks?"
"I know!"

A state one enters after indulging in too many alcoholic beverages or marijuana leaving them in an ignorant state of dillusion and/or dismay.

"Hey has anyone seen Timothy anywhere?"

Cankered 

A nasty, dirty and often diseased whore's crotch. Typically the filthy crotch and neither region of a prostitute, meth whore or crack whore or just a chick with a dirty, cankered up crotch.

Stan: What's up Carl. Are you seriously going to go out with Jane?
Carl: Yea broooohhhh. I be getting me some a dat!
Stan: You and about six dozen others brooohhhh! That chick is cankered. Wear a sock braaahhhh. Wear a sock!

To have your story be outdone or one upped by a

co-worker.

I told him that I drove to work doing 60 MPH. He said "I drove in doing 90 MPH and I was texting all the way !!!! "
That's when I realized I had been connered !

To be "cooked in the head." Probably comes from "fried" or "brain fried." Imagine how someone would act if their brain was at least partially cooked. Could mean under the influence of drugs/alcohol or someone acting crazy or out of the ordinary.

Dude, did you see that guy in McDonalds last night drunk and singing Duran Duran using an Ice Cream cone? He was totally cookered!

To become extraordinarily inebriated off such small amounts of alcohol as to have no metric or imperial standard of measure; a descriptive term for drinking used by novices with a negligible alcohol tolerance and great flare for exaggeration.

I drank half a shot last night, and I was connered.
