The act of wearing loud and exuberant clothing/makeup so whenever someone looks at you; you can tell yourself that they're only looking because of the look, not because you're a freak

ClownMonger 

Lonely internet chat site user, never brave enough to use its usual user name; commonly found trying to get a reaction by flooding sites with unfunny and often rude, aggressive behaviour.

Hates to be ignored; must always be the centre of attention, usually as a result of being ignored as a child by its now deceased Mother.

Medication and electro-therapy are recommended treatments. In severe cases a gun to the head may be the preferred option.
