A chick who is/tries to be the popular girl amongst a certain clique or scene and doesn't normally associate with people outside that clique/scene.

Omg she's such a Clique Chick, she thinks she's too good for everyone.

a person who is clique in their selection of associates, and hicky in how they behave.

Joe is really cliquehicky he just likes hanging out with Ron because he likes to go to demolition derbies.
