To use the term clip and dip is the slang equivalent for hitting someone with your automobile and then removing oneself from the general vicinity as to avoid an unsavory run-in with an enforcer of the law.

"Yo, Matt! I'm totally goinna maim your Caddy when I clip and dip on a po' fool wandering his broke ass 'cross the road!"
