Chief Box-a-Porno was the leader of an obscure group of nomadic masturbators in the late 1990s. Being of little means, they spent most of their time scouring the land for the bare necessities like food, warm shelter and discarded pornography. "The Chief" was well known for his quality stash which he carried with him at all times.
