Chite

A slang word used as an all-purpose expression, similar to “fuck,” that can express confusion, surprise, disbelief, excitement, or just about any reaction depending on the context. Chite can also be used in place of other words or phrases when the meaning is already understood by the people involved. Sometimes, no explanation is needed—just saying “chite” gets the point across.

“What the chite?” — What the fuck?

*Someone says something so wild that you don’t even know how to respond.

“Chiteee…” — Pretty much the only appropriate response.
