-describing a person/thing in the highest degree of "chillness"

-can be used as a command(BUT, replace the "chill" with "cheel" when using it in this matter)

example: Jim the dragon was so chillfish, just sitting in his closet, eating his hamsters.

example: YO, YOU NEED TO RELAX AND CHEELFISH.
