Charles Syndrome 

A person characterized by extreem narcissism and a histronic view of ones self image. Often times, these people diagnosed with CS will often blow of friends or group activities in order to look at themselves in the mirror.
Person 1- Oh man, i cant wait to hang out with everyone today, by the way, where is he{person 3?
Person 2- Ya, about him...he called and said that he was on his way here, but he caught a hiself in the mirror and couldnt look away, so he started jerking off to himself.
Person 1- Damn his Charles Syndrome got worse.

Charles syndrome 

To make excuses and take no responsibility for one's actions and religiously blame others for all your problem and the outcome
Don't blame me for my actions cause of what you made me do, it's your fault and I'm a victim and suffer from Charles syndrome.

Ray Charles Syndrome
