ChakFit is an acronym for Chakra Fitness and means to be fit or healthy at the spiritual or metaphysical level. This is usually achieved by a commitment to mediation, yoga, positive thinking, or other intentional habits that reduce stress or tension and increase happiness and mental well-being. It is also believed by many people that being ChakFit increases the continuity between the mind and the body and can result in better physical health or reduce risk for disease and chronic health issues.
Living the gym life has made me physically fit. But I recently began living the chakra life so that I may also become ChakFit.
