Casually Savage 

When a person doesn't intend on being savage, but what they are saying (which is being said casually) is pretty savage, thus making what they are saying more savage than purposely burning someone.

Joey: "This man is probably saying that weeaboos are disgusting, ugly creatures because he's most likely one himself."

Shine: "Yeah, almost as if he has very low self-esteem, and he feels the need to make himself feel better by bullying others who are just like him."
