I thought that word-salad was pure gibberish, but there was a signal of the "buzzwords" here. Buzzword Salad is a variety of word salad that heavily uses "buzzwords" rather than conventional words. Imagine an IPCC citation, which is legitimate, blurred with the buzz-word salad.
