Brownus Reclusus 

Any smallish spider identified by an amateur from a "what is this" photo on the internet.

Identification is accomplished based on two criteria:
1. It's brown (applies for any color beige through black, including off-shades of blue and possibly green)
2. They're "not sure, but" (always applies)

In all such cases the spider can be positively ID'd as the deadly browus reclusus.

OP: I just saw this little guy in my shoe/on a window/on my toothbrush/anywhere else people are. Does anyone know what it is? Should I be worried?

A: I'm not sure, but it looks like the deadly brownus reclusus to me. Don't bother getting another opinion, you're just going to have to burn down the neighborhood.
