The consequence of eating at Brower, the student cafeteria at Rutgers College (The State University of NJ). The Brower Shower is when you splatter a huge shit in the can because Brower puts laxitives in their food.

Brower Snower

To Scowl at someone, to demean with a sour approach with an exagerated eyebrow lift forcing a tear.

His eyebrow raised as he Brower Snowered at me. He took it in a very demeaning manner and made sure I knew it.
