A kind, caring, loyal, loving, gentle girl. Extremely attractive. A real lady, one who always tries to please the one she loves. She is fun,thoughtful,respectful. She never forgets a birthday,anniversary or holiday.She is Educated, hard working, and ambitious. One who always meets challenges set in front of her. Loves family, friends and parties! Enjoys the outdoors but is able to enjoy and adapt to her surroundings where ever she is. Can be comfortable sitting around a campfire or at the symphony. She is a well rounded lady. Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
