Sometimes before, the phenomenon is powered by alcohol so it can come on earlier when the scene is poppin. To be "Broadway Beautiful" is to mistakenly believe that the short dress and decorative boots you are wearing make you a 10 and is accompanied by a terrible, belligerent attitude, lack of empathy for everyone around you especially those lowly servers that keep shuttling alcohol to your table for you to slobber down and a mating call that sounds like Woooooooooooo..... ooooooooooooooooo....
