Brittocracy 

A class where you spend enough money for a Guns and Roses concert to listen to a professor teach 5% of the time and talk your heads off about everything and nothing at the same time 95% of the time. This class is not to be mistaken as a democracy, it is a dictatorship with democratic allowance.
