Breasticular Pendulosity

An affliction suffered by people with large Breasts for Women or "Manboobs" for Men. When running or even walking briskly, the aforementioned affliction will cause a profound pendulum effect which will cause the individual to appear almost intoxicated and sometimes cause them to fall over.

This is sometimes affectionately referred to as "Jiggly Boobism".

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
