Beef House

Initially a play on the word "beach house", during the housing market crash, middle aged bachelors began pooling their resources to buy or rent high end luxury beach houses in Florida and California. Later, it became a term applied to any house being rented or lived in by multiple bachelors

I hear Dave just moved into that nice beach house with three of his old war buddies.

With that many single guys living there it is more like a beef house than a beach house
