A bamacert is a commencement address given by President Obama via cell phone. A bamacert happens when a person dials a friend and holds up his/her cell so a friend can feel as if they are at the address.
I wasn't able to get tickets to the University of Michigan's commencements, so Crissy Bamacerted me! ha!
