Audacinerve 

My best friend and I in the 12th grade made up this word when something happened that was far beyond bold or audacious. It means having nerve beyond bold. This was over 55 years ago and I still use the word when I am insulted by someone's behavior or speech.

Audacinerve!

He had the audacinerve to ask me to go out with him, knowing that I knew he drank alcohol every day.
