A situation where a conversation or activity ends up being derailed or taken off track because of A.D.D.
Can often be derailed severely enough that it will be impossible to remember what was originally being talked about, or what was originally going on.

"Wait, why are we talking about circus animals? When did this conversation get ADDerailed?"

"What were we supposed to be doing again? I'm pretty sure we've ADDerailed."
