Alanology

The study of all things relating to Alan Wilson, a founding member, harmonica player, guitar player and blues genius of Canned Heat. These include the study of blues guitar, slide guitar, harmonica, John Lee Hooker, and Son House. Alanology also includes the study of nature and conservation.

My friend Rebecca knows Alanology better than anyone I know. Not only does she play a mean harmonica but she's so in tuned with nature just like Alan was.

A school of thinking where the goal is to seek attention by adopting contrarian POVs and trying to convince others of one’s uniqueness. Followers of this philosophy have a distinct sense of fashion
