It's more of a reaction word like instead of saying oh crikey or oh shit fuck bloody motherfuker

it's something you shout when you get shocked or hurt yourself .

eg when attempting to taking a tray out of the oven thinking the oven hasn't preheated yet and not using a glove and suddenly burn yourself really quite badly on your fingers. and or as you get burnt whilst retracting your hand from the oven you burn of the back of your palm on the top of the oven this would be known as a double Ahjigahmarly
