The act of accusing one individual of crap that has been dreamt up or manipulated to appear a certain way.
Also the act of making accusations & assumptions based on fabricated delusions. Usually seen most in people with narcissistic & sociopathic behavior.

When someone jumps to a negative conclusion about a person’s character or actions without evidence. A blend of accusation and assumption.
